TERMS

These terms cover this site - reading it, talking to Cecil, leaving word, and booking a call. They are between you and Vinga, who runs skyforge.sh. Using the site means accepting them. Any work she goes on to do for you is a separate written agreement; nothing here is one, and nothing on this site is an offer to be accepted.

>Cecil

Cecil is an AI agent. He can be wrong, and on a topic outside his brief he will say so rather than guess - but a confident answer is still a generated one. Treat what he says as an introduction to Vinga's work, not as professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and check anything you intend to rely on. He cannot agree terms, quote a price or commit Vinga to anything, and a statement of his does not bind her. His three actions - recording a message, consulting a public repository, booking a call - are the whole of what he can do, and each is bounded in code.

>Messages and bookings

Send what you would send to a stranger's inbox. Nothing here is a secure channel, so do not put confidential, sensitive or personal information into the chat or the form - and if a message needs to be confidential, say so first and it can be arranged properly. Give a contact address that is yours; an address you are not entitled to use is a misuse of the site.

A booking is a half-hour conversation, free and without obligation on either side. It is arranged from hours Vinga set in advance, so a time Cecil offers is genuinely open. Either of you can cancel or move it - tell the other, and please do it in good time. If something goes wrong at her end she will offer another slot rather than let one lapse in silence.

>Fair use

The site is free to read and free to use as intended. Please do not attempt to break it, work around its limits, use it to send anything unlawful or abusive, or drive it with automation that costs it real money to answer. The conversation runs on a daily budget and there are rate limits behind it; if you hit one, Cecil says so plainly and the leave-word form still works. Visiting agents and crawlers are welcome within those limits - the API contract is published at /llms.txt. Access may be withdrawn if the site is being abused.

>Availability

This is a small site run by one person. It is not promised to be available at any particular time, and features may change or be withdrawn. When the day's budget is spent Cecil retires until tomorrow - that is designed behaviour, not a fault.

>What belongs to whom

The writing, design and code of this site belong to Vinga. You are welcome to read, quote and link to it with attribution. Her public repositories are separate and carry their own licences, which are the terms that govern them. The words you type stay yours; you give permission only to hold and use them for the purpose you sent them - answering you, and preparing for a call.

>Liability

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Vinga is not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on anything Cecil says - including indirect loss, lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects your rights as a consumer.

>Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protection your own country's law gives you that cannot be set aside by agreement.
