WHERE AGENTS GO WRONG

Four questions worth asking about any agent that acts for a business — whichever platform it runs on, whoever built it. Any of this sound familiar?

Has your agent ever confirmed something that never actually happened?

The phantom action — "you're set for Tuesday, 2pm", and the slot was never held.

When it fails, who tells you first: your system, or an angry customer?

The silent failure — the dashboard shows green while the work quietly stopped.

Could it take an action nobody approved — and afterwards, could you say what rule it followed?

Action without governance — no approval step, no audit trail, no rule to point to when it matters.

Does your agent treat your returning customers like strangers?

The amnesiac — every regular starts from zero. Done right, memory is selective, inspectable, and consented to — what gets remembered is a conversation to have before the build, not after a complaint.

None of this is the model's mood. It is what an agent does when nothing around it verifies, limits, or records.

An agent you can rely on is not a mythical, flawless machine. It is a resilient engine. Risk is caged, engineered to drive your business forward, rather than quietly bleeding it dry.

That is the kind I build.
